Huangshan Mountain: the dual heritage of world culture and nature, a world geological park, a national AAAAA-level tourist attraction, a national-level scenic spot, a national civilized scenic tourist area demonstration site, China's top ten famous mountains, and the world's first strange mountain.
Huangshan Mountain is located in Huangshan City, southern Anhui Province. It has 72 peaks. The main peak, Lianhua Peak, is 1864 meters above sea level. It is called the three main peaks of Huangshan Mountain together with Guangmingding Peak and Tiandu Peak, and is one of the 36 peaks. Huangshan is a symbol of Anhui tourism.
Huangshan Mountain was originally called "Yishan Mountain". It was named because of the blue and black peaks and the blue sky. Later, due to legend that Emperor Xuanyuan once made alchemy here, it was renamed "Huangshan". The representative landscapes of Huangshan include the "five must-sees and three waterfalls", the five must-sees: strange pine, strange rocks, sea of clouds, hot springs, and winter snow; three waterfalls: herringbone waterfall, Baizhang spring, and Jiulong waterfall. Huangshan welcoming pine is a symbol of the warm and friendly people of Anhui, and it carries the oriental etiquette culture that embraces the world.
